By accessing, creating an account, purchasing, or using Cotarpreco, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.

Service

Cotarpreco is a SaaS platform for organizing products, categories, and manual quotes with form link generation and a ready message for user-driven sharing. The service may evolve, receive new features, change operational limits, or remove experimental features for technical, commercial, or regulatory reasons.

Account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, using accurate information, and ensuring that data entered into the platform may be processed under applicable law. We may suspend or limit accounts in case of misuse, security risk, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Plans and subscriptions

Plans provide access to monthly supplier response limits, features, and support levels described on the pricing page or at checkout. Unused limits do not automatically create credit for future cycles unless expressly stated in a specific offer.

Payment and Asaas

Paid subscriptions are processed by card through Asaas. Prices, renewal, and payment methods are shown before confirmation. Cotarpreco does not store full card details.

Cancellation and refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription to avoid future renewals; paid access normally remains active until the end of the contracted cycle.

Permitted use

You must not use the platform for spam, fraud, illegal activity, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized access attempts, unauthorized reverse engineering, infrastructure abuse, or malicious content. Sharing links and messages generated by the platform is manual and remains the user's responsibility.

Personal data processing, cookies, providers, and data subject rights are described in the Privacy . By using the platform, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to enter product, quote, client, and third-party data into the service.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the service stable, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, security adjustments, and technical changes. The platform is provided as is, within the limits permitted by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, billing, providers, law, or operational practices. The version published on this page is the current version. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the new terms.
